Communication between members takes place via the secure website messaging system. Private email addresses will only be used by PA Pool to communicate directly with members. Please tick the emails you are happy to receive.

You can change these preferences at anytime via your ‘My Settings’ menu. We will also periodically contact you to check that your preferences are still applicable.

PA Pool takes your privacy seriously. Please read this carefully before you continue.

  • We will use the information you are providing to provide you with the service.
  • We will require mandatory information such as email address, first name, last name and postcode in order for us to administrate and provide the service. This information will not be visible to PA Pool members.
  • The amount of information you provide in your profile is discretionary and is only visible to PA Pool members.
  • We do not share your profile information with any 3rd parties. Profile information is held securely in the EEA.
  • To provide the paid service we share your information with Stripe who provide our payment services. Your payment information will be held securely outside the EEA but Privacy Shield applies.
  • If you opt in to receiving our email newsletters, your PA Pool username and your email address will be shared with Campaign Monitor. This information is held securely outside the EEA but Privacy Shield applies.
  • We will hold your information as long as you wish to be a member of PA Pool. Following a 24 month period of inactivity we will contact you to ask if you would like your information to remain on PA Pool, if you fail to respond after 2 reminders your account will be deleted.
